“I think I can.”

Each phrase carries energy. What we hear spoken aloud anchors into the subconscious through repetition. What we read sets expectations. What we write can be edited and refined. But what we think, we make manifest.
Much of our inner dialogue didn’t originate with us. It was inherited—through well-meaning parents, teachers, society, or subtle moments that left deep impressions. Sarcastic remarks, sideways glances, unspoken criticism, guilt, shame, or blame can quietly lodge themselves in the subconscious, limiting confidence and sabotaging success.
