11 Ways to Spark Your Light, Raise Your Vibe, and Stay Aligned

Have you ever encountered a book that lights a spark in your soul—reminding you of something you already know deep down? Gina Mazza’s Everything Matters ~ Nothing Matters did precisely that for me. Her journey of spiritual awakening stirred memories of my own quest for light. One golden nugget that stuck with me inspired this simple, profound mantra:
“She who lives with the most joy wins.”
I’ve since embraced this mantra as a daily practice—especially during recent events where I found myself surrounded by folks who might consider me… let’s say, “a bit out there.” Instead of being bothered by their disconnect, I chose to rise above it—to be joy. I observed the scene like a play, where each person played their role. I noticed how some didn’t acknowledge me at all—almost as if I was invisible. That’s when it clicked: this high-vibe invisibility cloak thing really works!
And yet, among the many, there were a few special souls who lit up with meaningful conversation and genuine curiosity. It reminded me of something I often say about networking events:
“It’s not about how many people you connect with—it’s about finding that one soul connection that truly matters.”
So… how do we intentionally live in a state of joy, especially in times of stress or uncertainty? Here are a few simple but powerful tips to raise your vibe and sustain your light:

Garden, write, sing, dance, learn something new… create with love.

Walk barefoot on the grass. Hug a tree. Sit with a child. Snuggle your pet.

Use your intuition to avoid drowning in drama. Protect your energy.
7. Observe ~ Never absorb
See the world as a theater. Avoid taking on others’ energy—send love and light.

Eat vibrant local food, drink pure water, move joyfully, and sleep well.
