Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas! This is a wonderful time of year to reminisce. Many of us have emotional moments that are triggered at this time of year. Yet, if we can deliberately look for and recall the good memories, they will lift our spirits and encourage us to a place of peace, and nostalgia, and who knows… may even propel us to a place where we make better choices based on love and acceptance. We create space for future memories of Christmas past. You are invited to listen in as my wonderful sister, Lynn Petr, and I share some of our favorite holiday memories.
We encourage you to find time to share memories with your own family. Keep the customs alive. Though our parents are now past, they left a legacy of precious memories based on moments they created, especially around Christmas time.
