What is Your Vibe?

Who is in your tribe and what is your vibe? What kind of energy are you giving out to welcome like-minded people into your life? Who can you trust with your secrets, your friendship, and your life? Who do you enjoy spending time with? Who embraces and celebrates your good times? Who lifts you up and supports you in the rough times? Appreciate them, treasure them, and let them know how special they are to you.

At the beginning of the holiday season, many people express feeling sad or lonely, or are reluctant to spend time in toxic settings with certain family members. It is absolutely ok to limit yourself to toxic exposure of any type, including toxic people. That is actually the healthy thing to do. Many feel a sense of expectation to fulfill others’ needs and feel drained as a result. For those precious accommodators, my favorite saying is to use the phrase, “Not now!” Sometimes saying “no” may be too hard to do, yet one can push pause by using the “Not right now, maybe another time” phrase. Learn to give yourself what you need, which can mean limiting the negative exposure and surrounding yourself with positive influencers.

I encourage clients to find their personal tribe… to focus on things they love to do, and embrace others who share similar passions. First, our energy must be a match to those we wish to associate with. If we stay stuck in the muck of the past, we will draw similar types of people and situations. Based on the Law of Attraction… Like attracts like. We must clear the path to embrace new patterns, new people, and new opportunities. Clear the old worn-out path and welcome positive new relationships into your life.

I had come out of school a year before I started seeing Lois due to anxiety issues and a lot of other symptoms. I had been diagnosed with Lyme disease and was recommended by one of her providers to see Lois for hypnosis and clearing. It turned out that I had a lot of spiritual activity around me and a lot of negative energy.

I am now able to go out a lot more. I am now going back to school, and am more focused, feeling more confident with academics, and a lot more social. The anxiety and all my other symptoms have been reduced and I feel better overall as a person… physically, mentally, and spiritually.

I find the sessions really relaxing. In the beginning, they were draining and difficult, but if you keep with it, it can be very helpful in moving forward if you have an illness. When I was feeling especially overwhelmed, and could not mentally bring myself to do the sessions, I did Reiki and that helped to calm me down a lot. I recommend this to anybody for anything that you have symptom-wise, or if you need a confidence booster or feel insecure, it is great.
