And let it begin with me…

We all could use a little peace on Earth… so how do we begin? Well, let’s start at home with our friends and family. Let’s agree to disagree and set aside our differences of opinion in politics, religions, nationalities, and traditions. After all, we belong to the same species called human! Yet, we come in different sized packages with a variety of wonderful colors, fabulous sounding languages, interesting historical stories, and beautiful creative abilities. Let us cherish our uniqueness and embrace all that is possible when we come together as one.

Let us strive to shed the negative energy that hate, blame, and shame create. We are told that the Red Baron even put differences aside during one of the bloodiest times in modern history to achieve at least one moment of peace. Imagine how the world would be if we could sustain that energy of peace. If we train our minds to move toward peace during the holidays, it just might become a habit that continues. Coming from an energy of blame and negativity truly hurts the sender as much at the receiver. Mother Teresa said, “Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing.” We can all give the simple gift of a smile, instead of breeding hate. It costs very little to give someone a smile that speaks of love.

We are excited to have completed the manuscript for the next book. No, it is not a true follow-up to the Spirits of Amoskeag, it is so much bigger. The Chronicles of Hope is about helping the world achieve peace. More to come about this important project at the beginning of the year. For now, if you are interested in receiving updates on the status of the book, please sign up at https://www.loishermann.com/hope/

At this magical time, I feel completely blessed to be doing what I love, helping others to achieve peace of mind, and working toward helping achieve global peace. I am ever grateful for the wonderful people who share this path, our community, our world. Let us celebrate peace on Earth now and forever.
I am ever grateful for each of you.

Blessings of Hope,
Lois Hermann

Life’s stress had slowly built to the point of anxiety attacks and binge behaviors. In the sessions, I released significant burdens that were causing more damage than I had realized, gained control over self-destructive habits, and found a new and effortless resolve for personal goals.

I went to Lois with an open mind and willingness to see where the journey took me. I left each session feeling lighter, happier, less stressed, and able to approach life with a renewed optimism.

I absolutely recommend this to others! Sometimes we don’t realize how heavy our burdens are until they no longer hold us down. I have the energy and optimism of my younger self, which I only now realize I’d lost.
