Lead with love and gratitude. We’re all similar… yet different. We can manifest everything we put our mind to with positive intention and sincere gratitude. In this time of great societal upheaval, I am often asked what the best thing is we can do. My answer is to Pray.
Then people ask… With so much division and uncertainty in our world, how do we pray? My answer… Pray with gratitude for what we DO have. Appreciate the little things: a roof over our heads, clothes on our backs, food on our table, caring family, trusted friends, and even kind smiles shared by strangers. The more gratitude we have the higher our vibrational energy rises, the more health and prosperity we maintain, and the more we attract more of the same.
Send prayers to those who are struggling; the survivors of the weather disasters including the animals who have been affected. Pray for those who are sick, confused, or lost. Pray for clarity and peace for humanity. Take a few minutes each day to send prayers to or for someone else. It gets us out of the “poor me thoughts” and into a mode of service to others.
In addition, since we naturally protect our homes, our cars, our bodies, and our resources, we must also include prayers for spiritual protection from external influences and internal turmoil to sustain bountiful, healthy energy. Lift your energy by practicing simple spiritual hygiene, including daily prayers for protection and intention.
If you ever feel excessively drained or energetically attacked, get out in nature, pray in your own words, or use whatever part of this Intention for Protection prayer speaks to you. This amazing prayer was creatively inspired by and is spoken daily by my wonderful mentor, Albert Marotta. You will gain greater discernment over who and what is good for you, as well as who and what to avoid in order to stay healthy, strong, and energized.
