With all the busyness we surround ourselves with and the never-ending items on our to-do lists, are you taking time to live your best life? Pause for just a moment to appreciate what is… be grateful for your home, your family, and your friends. You never know when everything can change… in an instant.
Many of you know my dear friend and professional associate Kristen Hurley, a holistic nurse, biomagnetic professional, and much more. I had the privilege of knowing her, enjoying controversial conversations, experiencing her amazing treatments, sharing similar passions, and interviewing her for several shows.
Kristin was a featured speaker in our Energy Clearing & Alignment Virtual Conference where she spoke of the importance of “Living Your Best Life”. Take a few minutes to listen and absorb her insightful messages. She would appreciate knowing she made a difference for you and many others.
A few weeks ago, Kristin was dancing with her beloved husband – doing something she loved – and took a tumble in a tragic accident. She lay unconscious in the ICU for days, teetering on the brink of survival. Family and friends surrounded her in bewilderment over how she could be so vital and filled with joyful life one minute, and the next… barely existing… suspended in the great unknown.
Seeing Kristin in such a fragile state, surrounded by her tenderly loving family, reminded me of how truly fragile life is. In her words… “We should embrace each phase of life based on what our soul calls us to do. As we decide to choose each step on the path of our unique journey with passion and determination, we never quite know where life will lead us.” Only her spirit would know which way she needed to go. With a massive brain bleed that caused many infarcts, goodness knows what her quality of life would be if she were ever to return from this traumatic incident. Decisions had to be made.
Let us pray for her family as she transitions into her next phase of life. Her spirit dances with the angels now and encourages us to continue living our best lives. So, let’s enjoy our life for her and others who make the transition so young. Many people are grateful to have known her and other angelic humans like her.
Reflect on where you are on your path. What would you like to do that you haven’t taken time for? What is holding you back? Is it time to release the shackles and step into the great unknown… are you ready to risk achieving your potential? Find a way to embrace your purpose with passion as Kristin did. Live life with gratitude and be the best you can be.
Blessings of Life,
Lois Hermann
