I hope you are handling the distress from the COVID-19 crisis with a knowing that this too will pass. This pandemic is causing much disruption in all of our lives, and I want you to know that as a stress management expert, I am here to support you in a variety of ways. 

Our concerns during this time of extreme uncertainty are very real, yet there is actually much we can do to minimize the negative impact of this challenge. Keeping your stress levels to a minimum and staying positive, healthy, and hopeful is critical right now to keep your immune system strong and healthy to handle whatever is thrown your way.

  1. Inspiring Hope Radio Show – I am now hosting two radio shows a week to help you stay calm and inspired during this global challenge. On my Sunday morning Inspiring Hope Show at 9:00 am (ET) I feature an inspiring guest every week. I have added a special show on Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm (ET). Wherever you are, you can tune in and zone out as I offer simple ways to keep yourself calm and your body healthy. There are three ways to tune into the Sunday show: Live on my Facebook page, Live at www.WSMN1590.com and Live on the radio at WSMN 1590 am (Nashua, NH). The Wednesday show is pre-recorded and will be live at the WSMN website and station. You can view all previous shows on my YouTube channel as well. Be sure to subscribe!
  1. Online Hypnosis Coaching or Clearing Sessions – For years, I have worked with people all over the world with Zoom video meetings. Clients find it easy to use as there is no software to download, you just click on the link I send to you. You only need a quiet place, and a computer with video, or your smartphone.
