Let’s make this world a better place
How can we inspire hope for humanity and make this world a better place? Just by being ourselves. When we focus our thoughts and energies on what we love to do, we engage in a creative shift that causes us to be more peaceful. As we lift our spirits, we lift the energy around us, resulting in shifts for everyone. “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind,” said Neil Armstrong as he took the first moon walk. If we each do what we can to make even small shifts in awareness, kindness, healthy habits and happiness, we create ripples of hope. “If we think we are too small to make a difference,” as attributed to the Dalai Lama, “try sleeping with a mosquito!”
These past weeks, I have taken some time away from social media—all media for that matter. This allowed me to settle into a more relaxed energy over the holiday season. I certainly needed a little down time after several intense months spent completing my latest book project. I hadn’t realized how much frenetic energy I had become accustomed to until a recent visit with my elderly parents forced me to s-l-o-w d-o-w-n for a few days. This abrupt shift in pace prompted me to realize how fast I had been racing… mind, body, and spirit. We should all follow the lead of the elderly and slow ourselves down to a more reasonable pace, to allow our bodies much needed rest, to let our minds go to happy memories, and to embrace appreciation for all that we have. Gratitude in itself gives off a positive energy that brings hope.
I am pleased to announce the coming of my greatest adventure, a book of insights that was gathered through an amazing client named Gary. Together, we spent many hours writing this documentary specifically for you… to bring hope to humanity. The Chronicles of Hope sends an alarm that we need to pay attention to the negative energy that is consuming our world and make deliberate efforts to shift our energy to be more positive so that we may create a world of peace and plenty. The book will be released to the public this winter; however, we welcome you to follow this important project through updates on our website: https://www.loishermann.com/hope/ and our private Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Chronicles-of-Hope-267410530623945/
As we embark on the New Year, may we all do our part to improve ourselves and do what we can to make our world a happier, healthier, more positive place. I am ever grateful for the opportunities that are brought to me on a regular basis, for the amazing people who share this journey, for my treasured Guides, and for our beloved Gaia, our Mother Earth. Let us celebrate a new year that starts and sustains peace for humanity.
I am ever grateful for each of you.
Blessings of Hope,
I’d been struggling with alcohol abuse and decided it was time to change my life. The goals that I accomplished with hypnosis were to be more confident, to take a serious look myself and where I was headed. I made the decision to change so that I could live a happy life.
With alcohol, I am now able to do one-and-done. When I do go out, I may have one drink at lunch or dinner, and am able to stop there. The hypnosis coaching sessions were very good: they helped build self-confidence and helped point out where I had gone wrong over the past few years with my alcohol abuse.
I would definitely recommend this to others who struggle with alcohol. I think a lot of times when you abuse alcohol, it’s because you are not feeling confident, maybe you’re a little depressed, or maybe some things in your life have changed, or your lifestyle changed a little bit. For instance, my kids went off to college and I had more time on my hands. You need to be aware of what’s causing the problem to make you drink more. I recognized those things and got control.
